How we make it
Tenderloin, not the cheap cut.
We use marinated beef tenderloin, broiled to order and served over yellow basmati rice with almonds, biwaz, a fresh salad, and two house sauces.
Halal, and cooked the way you like it. Add it to a Mixed Grill board to feed the table.
