How we make it
Char on the outside, juicy inside.
We cube chicken breast, marinate it in garlic and Mediterranean spices, and broil it to order. Served over yellow basmati rice with almonds, biwaz, a fresh salad, and two house sauces.
You may know it as tawook or as chicken kabob. Either way, it is halal and made fresh.
