Grilled and shredded chicken thighs over rice, our take on the Middle Eastern classic, served halal in Conroe and Fulshear.
How we make it
Grilled and shredded, made to order.
We marinate halal chicken thighs in a blend of Middle Eastern spices, then grill and shred them to order. The plate comes over yellow basmati rice with almonds, biwaz, a fresh salad, and your choice of two house sauces: toum, tahini, spicy harissa, or tzatziki.
Prefer it handheld? Have it folded in Greek-style pita with romaine, pickles, toum and pomegranate molasses, or as our Shawarmacos, three corn tortillas with chicken shawarma, tomato, pickles, and toum.
